In today's world, some individuals, instead of adhering to human and social principles, are only seeking their personal interests. These individuals are neither friends to anyone nor have any bonds of brotherhood; they only care about money and power. This bitter reality shows that for them, the end justifies the means, and they recognize no boundaries in their corrupt practices.
Rent Seeking in Government Systems
However, the question that becomes more evident every day is why the Ministry of Labor or the Pension Fund should tolerate these individuals due to their rents? Do these individuals not harm the social and economic system with their actions? The presence of such individuals in key institutions is a warning bell for the country's future. They rely on their influence and connections to undermine the system daily and distort the true face of the regime.
Allowing these individuals to continue operating in government institutions not only signifies indifference to citizens' rights but also amounts to a kind of endorsement of their unethical behaviors. In fact, the existence of such rent-seeking individuals in the Ministry of Labor and other institutions reflects a weakness in the oversight and legal systems.
It Is Time for Change
Given the current conditions, it is time to answer these questions. Should rent seekers really be tolerated in government systems? Shouldn't serious action be taken to cleanse this system? The answers to these questions could determine the future of the country. Can we truly hope for a future where ethical and human principles prevail over personal interests?
